Orbit Translation Refund Policy

Overview

Please carefully read the following Refund Policy before placing your order as by doing so you agree to be bound by it.

Our Turnaround Time

We offer a usual turnaround estimate of 24 hours for 1-3 pages, although completion can occasionally take longer owing to low-resolution files supplied, handwritten documents, or any delays caused by waiting for clarification or a response from the buyer.

Additionally, any order that comes into our office after 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time on a given business day will be considered to have been received the following business day, with the 24-hour clock starting at 8:00 a.m. The same reasoning also holds true for "RUSH" translation requests.

Quality Concerns

We only utilize qualified translators, and although there are frequently several ways to structure words and word choices, judging the quality of a translation is subjective. Nevertheless, we will make every effort to work with you to ensure that you are happy with the finished translation. In the rare event that a translator fails to deliver a translation that meets our requirements for quality and revisions are insufficient to meet those standards, we may, in our sole discretion, give a refund.

Order Cancellations

Before your order is fulfilled, you can request a cancellation at any moment. Depending on how much of your project the translation has already finished, we will calculate the return accordingly.

For example:

If you seek a cancellation within 60 minutes of making your purchase for three pages of certified translation costing $59.85, you will be given a full refund of that amount.

You've requested to cancel an order for three pages of certified translation for $59.85 while it's still being processed. We will examine the progress of the translation; if the translator has already finished one page, a prorated refund for two pages totaling $39.90 will be issued.
