This step involves the actual translation of the text from the source language to the target language. The focus is on accurate transfer of the content. The document will be presented in the layout or format specified by our customer.
3. Proofreading & Editing
A senior qualified certified translator will now proofread and edit the translated document for accuracy, syntax, grammar, spelling, and punctuation, making sure any corrections with regard to the final layout or formatting as per customer’s instruction. Now the document is ready to be sent to Customer for approval.

How Much Do The Services @ Orbit Translation Cost? Is There an Extra Fee For Certifying documents?
Under Regular Services Orbit Translation charges $19.95 per page (one page includes up to 300 words), with a delivery commitment of 24 Hrs. If your document has more than 300 words, additional words will be regarded as a part of a second page.

Should you need, we also have Rush and Super Rush Translation services to meet your urgent requirements.
Rush Services are charged @ $ 39.90 Per Page with guaranteed work delivery time frame of 12 Hrs whereas Super Rush services costs $ 59.85 Per Page with guaranteed delivery time frame of 6 Hrs.
For your convenience, we also provide Notary Services for your Translated Documents for a standard Fee of $18 Per Notary Seal and should you need, we can also mail out your documents via Standard USPS for a nominal fee as charged by the carrier.
